3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of honey
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of raisins
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of oatmeal (old-fashioned oats)
Brown sugar to sprinkle on top (about 2 tablespoons)
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Combine the oil, honey, egg, milk and salt. Whisk well and then stir in the raisins
and chopped nuts. Then stir in the baking powder and then the oatmeal. Divide in 2
in slightly greased small baking dishes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to
taste.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake in a preheated oven at 350
degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve with milk poured on, if desired. Serves two.
