1 can of (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
6 eggs, beaten
1 4-ounce can of mushroom, diced
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll refrigerated crescent rolls and line a
12-inch pizza pan by pressing them out with fingers and sealing the
seams and edges to cover entire pan.

In a bowl combine the eggs, ham or bacon, mushrooms and cheese.
Pour this over crescent rolls and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until dough
edges are browned and mixture is bubbly. Remove from oven and cool
for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
