1 pound of bulk sausage
1 cup of Bisquick mix
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Oregano
6 eggs, slightly beaten

Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain. Mix the sausage with the rest
of the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole
dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours but not longer than 24
hours.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for about an hour or until a knife inserted in
the middle comes out clean.
