Old-fashioned or minute oats
Water (same amount as the oats)
Brown sugar
Fruit and walnuts to add when served
Combine oats with water at a ratio of 1:1. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and
stir well. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Diced fruit and walnuts can be added
in the morning when served. Warm in the microwave or eat cold.
