Follow this recipe for
fast restaurant quality!
1 pound of ground breakfast sausage, loose without skin
1/2 cup of flour
4 cups of milk
Pepper to taste
4 biscuits (regular size, Grands or
your own fresh catheads!)

Sausage Gravy Biscuits
at The Fatted Café
In a large skillet, fry the sausage on medium high heat, crumbling with a cooking
spoon as you go.

When the sausage is cooked, whisk the flour and milk together until well
blended, and then add it to the skillet. Lower the heat and cook until the gravy
turns creamy and bubbly. Pepper to taste.

Serve hot over biscuits sliced in half. Cool and refrigerate half for leftovers.
Reheat leftovers in a skillet slowly, stirring in a couple tablespoons of milk.
