4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 Swiss cheese slices
1 6-oz. pkg. of stuffing mix
1 cup broth
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup cooked diced onion
Boil onion and drain. Add margarine broth and soup, and simmer mixture
until well blended. Spread stuffing mix in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Top
with chicken parts and then cheese slices. Then pour soup mixture over pan
contents. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
