2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
1 Honey Maid graham cracker crust
 (6 ounce or 9 inch)
1/2 pound of fresh strawberries
 or 2 cans of strawberry pie filling

Strawberry Cheesecake

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and
vanilla and mix well. Then stir in the two eggs.

Pour the mixture into a graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40
minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and cool.

Top it with strawberries, either canned filling or 1/2 pound of fresh
strawberries (capped, sliced, mixed with sugar and cooled). Circle the
outside with Cool Whip. Serves one (just kidding)
