2 whole chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 quarts of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup or more of grated Mozzarella
1 cup or so of grated Parmesan
1 12-ounce box of thin spaghetti
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Cut the chicken breasts in quarters to
make eight serving-sized pieces. Dip the pieces in egg and bread crumbs.
Fry them on medium heat until cooked through.

Pour enough spaghetti sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish to cover the
bottom. Arrange the fried chicken pieces in the baking dish. Grate one
cup or more of Mozzarella over the chicken. Then pour spaghetti sauce
over the chicken to fill the baking dish to within a half inch of the top.
Shake a liberal amount of Parmesan over the sauce. Cover and bake it
for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Boil your spaghetti while the casserole is baking. Serve chicken and
sauce over the cooked pasta. Mmm ... thanks Elizabeth.
