2 cube steaks
1 cup of all-purpose flour

A recipe for 2 or 4 steaks
Pound the cube steaks to a 1/4-inch thickness. Combine the flour, baking
powder, baking soda, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Combine the
milk, egg and garlic in a separate bowl.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet to 325 degrees F. Place the pounded
steaks in the milk mixture; then coat each steak with the flour mixture, coating
them evenly. Place the dredged steaks in the skillet and brown on each side until
fully cooked. Season with salt to taste.
