We make two because it's to die for!
Enough leftovers to make sandwiches!
3 pounds of ground meat
(1 pound each of beef, pork and venison if you have it)
1 cup of oat meal
1 yellow onion, diced (preheat to soften, optional)
1/2 red pepper, diced (preheat to soften, optional)
4 jumbo eggs
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Glaze Ingredients:
1 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except for the
glaze ingredients,
and mix well. Divide the meatloaf mixture and form into 2 loaves on a
baking sheet covered with foil. Bake for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.

In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard, paint the

glaze
mixture onto the meatloaf to form a tomato-flavored crust.

When it's done, let it rest 10-15 minutes. Slice and serve.

This is good served on a shallow bed of mashed potatoes with beef gravy
poured over the top and vegetables on the side.
