2 cups of leftover dark meat, cut to bite-size pieces
2 12-ounce jars Roasted Turkey Gravy
16-ounce bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 medium onion, diced
2 9-inch pie crusts
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the first four ingredients in a
bowl. Roll out pie crusts to fit a low 3-quart casserole, and
arrange one of them in the bottom. Pour the mixture into the
shell. Top with the second crust. Trim and perforate it with a
fork. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
