Everyone needs a white rice that takes one
minute to prep and then cooks on its own.
1 cup of white rice
2 cups of water
1 or 2 teaspoons of salt
A pat of butter, optional
Mix these together in a casserole dish. Cover and cook in the
microwave oven on high for 15 minutes. Beep and it's ready.
Salt brings out the flavor!
