Slice your tomatoes into a mixing bowl, and add some sliced onions.
Over this generously pour a sauce made with equal parts of vinegar,
oil and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste. Let the salad sit in the
refrigerator a while to cool and marinate.
Try a variation by substituting olive oil. Add some garlic or parsley.
