1 4-oz. container crumbled Feta cheese
8-10 calamata olives
2 to 4 peperonchini
5 to 6 Iceberg or Romaine lettuce leaves
1 ripe tomato
1 slice Vidalia onion
2-4 radishes (optional)
For the dressing, mix the following.
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/8 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
A dash of basil
A dash of oregano
A dash of garlic powder
A dollop of mayonnaise
A dollop of mustard
In a bowl, cut up and mix the following.
