1 avocado, shelled, pitted, and diced
1 large or 2 small tomatos, washed and diced
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
A little cilantro to taste
A sprinkle of salt & pepper, optional
Dice the avocado and tomato into a bowl. Add a tablespoon of lemon
juice and season if desired. Toss and refrigerate for an hour or so,
and serve as is. Serves two.
