1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons of finely minced onion
1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 teaspoons of shredded carrot,
chopped in rice-sized bits
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and then cover and
chill. Makes 4 servings.
