Makes about 2 quarts; multiply
times 4 for an 8-quart roaster.
2 pounds of ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup of brown sugar
28 ounces of crushed tomatoes
28 ounces of tomato sauce
2 cups of green peppers, diced
1 cup of minute rice, uncooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the ground beef with the onion and green pepper.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients (or cook in a 4-quart
crock pot) until the rice is tender. Serve hot. Top with
shredded cheddar and crushed taco chips.
