We oven bake ours in a  4-quart bean pot.
1 pound of ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 15-ounce can of kidney beans, juice and all
1 15-ounce can of black beans, juice and all
1 15-ounce can of whole kernal corn, juice and all
1 10-ounce can of Rotel tomatoes and peppers, juice and all
1 pkg. of taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. of ranch dressing mix
1
28-ounce can of diced tomatoes
1/2 to 1 cup of broth or water
Salt & pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add the diced onion and cook tender and
drain the pan. Put all of the ingredients in a 4-quart bean pot. Cover and bake
in a 350-degree oven for at least an hour.
