2 packs of frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups of cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups of Colby cheese, cubed
1/3 cup of flour
1/2 cup of salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 stick of butter
Combine all ingredients except the eggs, and stir well. Then stir
in the eggs. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 300
degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
